## About Jessica L. Hopper

When families face life-changing legal challenges, they need an attorney who is both a skilled advocate and a trusted advisor. With nearly two decades of legal experience, Jessica Hopper brings extensive litigation, mediation, and leadership experience to every case, guiding clients through complex family law matters with confidence and clarity.

Jessica devotes her practice exclusively to family law, representing clients in divorce, child custody and visitation disputes, child and spousal support matters, property division, domestic violence restraining orders, and post-judgment modifications. She understands that these issues are often emotionally and financially overwhelming, and she is committed to practical solutions that protect her clients’ futures and their families.

Admitted to practice in 2007, Jessica spent her first ten years as an attorney in Indiana before bringing her practice to California, where she has represented clients ever since. Over those nearly 20 years, she has built significant courtroom experience and successfully handled numerous contested hearings and trials. Clients benefit from an attorney who is fully prepared to advocate forcefully when necessary, while remaining focused on efficient and effective resolution.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and English Literature from Mercyhurst University and her Juris Doctor, with a concentration in litigation, from Cooley Law School.

Before joining Hopper Hopper & Strebe LLP, Jessica practiced as an attorney in private family law firms and served as a managing attorney, supervising other attorneys, overseeing legal operations, and handling complex litigation.

Jessica also brings extensive mediation and conflict-resolution experience to her practice. That background allows her to help clients evaluate every available option, whether through negotiation, mediation, or trial, and to choose the path best suited to their goals.

Known for her professionalism, strategic thinking, and compassionate approach, Jessica is dedicated to guiding clients through some of the most difficult transitions of their lives and helping them build a stronger path forward.

Jessica represents clients throughout Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, and Yolo Counties, as well as the greater Bay Area.
