About Kristina Vorona

I primarily support firm partner Michael Strebe in all aspects of family law matters, including child custody disputes, domestic violence restraining orders, and spousal and child support. My work includes conducting legal research, preparing pleadings and motions, assisting with discovery, and drafting various documents and letters. I play a key role in case preparation.

I enjoy working with clients to draw out the relevant facts and then presenting their story clearly and persuasively in a way the court will understand and respond to. More broadly, I find it rewarding to see our work have a meaningful impact on clients’ lives, particularly when their requests are granted and they receive the outcome they’ve been hoping for.

I find child custody matters especially meaningful, as they directly impact families and require a thoughtful, strategic approach.

For two consecutive years, I have successfully balanced working full-time while attending law school and maintaining a position in the top half of my class. This experience has strengthened my ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and manage my time efficiently.

I am happily divorced and deeply believe in empowering people to move forward when their marriage isn’t working. My own experience is a big part of why I am so passionate about family law.

Outside of work, I enjoy spontaneous weekend road trips to the mountains, forest, or coast to unplug, reset, and enjoy time away from screens.
