About Brooklyn Hardiman

As someone who loves to read and write, I really enjoy drafting/proofreading judicial council forms and personal declarations for our clients. However, above all, I love communicating directly with our clients because it makes me feel like I am having a real and positive impact on their lives.

There has not been one case that I have not enjoyed working on during my time at Hopper Hopper Strebe, LLP. The cases that are most interesting to me are domestic violence and child custody cases. Those cases are very intense/emotional and because of this, I feel like the work I do on them can have a profound impact in improving the lives of our clients.

When it comes to the work I do here at Hooper Hopper Strebe LLP, I really strive to serve others in everything I do. With that said, I think the biggest accomplishment I can receive is having a client express to me their gratitude and positive impact the work I have done on their case has had on their life. Whether it be an email, phone call or letter, when a client shows gratitude and expresses to our office that we have improved their life for the better, that is the greatest award I can receive. Furthermore, I think I speak for everyone in our office when I say that would be our “why” behind the work we do.

I regularly serve at the Food Bank of Contra Costa as well as the Food Bank of El Dorado County. Although I need to increase the frequency of which I serve my community, I love giving back to those in need. I see myself as someone who is very blessed to be in the position I am in and feel that it is my duty to help others who are less fortunate. Even just interacting with those in need and doing my best to put a smile on their face brings me great joy and satisfaction. I plan to continue to give of myself and do everything I can to improve the lives of those in need.

Many people do not know that I was privileged to be able to play Division 1 college football. I also think that many people do not know that I was invited to a tryout with the San Francisco 49ers. Both of the many successes and failures that have come with being a football player my entire life have molded me into the person I am today.
